Shipping policy
We ship all orders Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 2-4 business days (Does not include Weekends/Holidays) for your order to be shipped out.
If you place an order with a pre-order item and an item in stock, your order will not ship until pre-order item is ready. Which items are pre-order? There will be announcements and the words (Pre-Order) in the item name.
All orders are shipped USPS with a tracking number.
*Please triple check shipping address entered, If shipment is returned to us due to invalid address input by customer, buyer must repay shipping cost.
All sales are FINAL.
All items are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. As they go directly into processing once the order has been placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order 48 Hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item and we have the item in stock we will exchange the item. If we no longer have this item in stock you will be refunded minus shipping. Please send an email to info@theteebtq.com. If you do not contact us within the 48 Hours upon reception, we are unable to resolve the issue due to time that has passed.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Putting the correct address, correct sizes/colors any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
