Returns, Exchanges & Disclaimers
All sales are FINAL.
All items are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. As they go directly into processing once the order has been placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order 48 Hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item and we have the item in stock we will exchange the item. If we no longer have this item in stock you will be refunded minus shipping. Please send an email to info@theteebtq.com. If you do not contact us within the 48 Hours upon reception, we are unable to resolve the issue due to time that has passed.
Trademark Statement: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are complying with any trademark and copyright protections when using our designs and understanding that you publicly post at your own risk. We are not to be held responsible or liable for any legal implications that may occur to you or your business.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim.
Custom Order Deposits: All custom orders are required a 60% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This is non refundable due to ordering blank apparel from warehouses and any other printing/press materials. Once you approve your design and order count you cannot change the design or the size count. (You CAN add sizes) We do not start the order until deposit is received. Allow 5-7 Business days for completion. If you are sending in your own design for your custom item, your file must be vectorized. If it is not vectorized we charge $25-$45 depending on the file.
Custom Order: Remainder amount (40%) is due when order is received. If items need to be shipped the remainder amount must be paid in full before shipped.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
